Prices checked October 22, 2026. By Lorenzo Beux.
Short answer: This section shows what common dental treatments cost in the US and how to pay less for each one. A crown averages $1,560 and a molar root canal averages $1,050, based on ADA fee survey data published by Pearl in May 2026. A full arch of implants averages $22,590. Your price depends on your city, your dentist and your case.
Dental savings plans are not insurance. A plan gives you discounts only at participating dentists. It does not pay the dentist for you, and you pay for all services at the discounted rate. Prices, discounts and dentists vary by plan and ZIP code.
